The Workshop Week is now on

KLA ART 012 has come to life!

Currently, the 20 pre-selected artists to KLA ART 012 are working together and experimenting with new techniques and new approaches to art presentation at 32° East‘s Studio Space in Kansanga, Kampala.

The two main facilitators are Kenyan artist Patrick Mukabi and Tanzanian artist Gadi Ramadhani, together with 32° East Directors Rocca Gutteridge and Nicola Elphinstone. The workshop has also had useful input from Ugandan artists/lectureres George Kyeyune and Margarat Nagawa.

The spirit and the energy is great, and the event will culminate in an Open Day this Saturday.

We have posted some images from the workshop on our Facebook-page.
